RESERVATION POLICY PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS as of 1/1/2023
RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations can be made when the person or group wants, prior online payment. The date and time of payment will be the reservation date.
END OF ACCESS RESERVAS:
Workshops and Courses: Maximum reservation date from 30 to 15 days before, maximum.
Meetings and Events: Maximum reservation date 30 days before the date of the activity.
A la carte activities: Maximum date 60 days before the date of the activity.
Complete Forum: It will not be possible to reserve, when the forum of people for the activity is exceeded. Waitlist option for other dates. The full fee will be refunded if the reservation has been made and there are no places for that day.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS:
Exceptions may be made when the circumstances, number of people, free accommodation etc..., are possible according to our opinion on the particular situation of these services in relation to reservations already made.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Workshops and Courses: Maximum cancellation date 15 days before, maximum.
Meetings and Events: Maximum reservation date 30 days before the date of the activity.
A la carte activities: Maximum date 60 days before the date of the activity.
Reasoned cancellation outside these deadlines (illness, accident, ect..) previous justification (part of illness or accident, ect)
In these previous terms, the full fee will be refunded,
both individuals and groups.
Cancellationnot motivatedOutside these deadlines: 50% of the fee for the activity that was reserved will be refunded.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION POLICY
When you make the reservation with the online payment, you represent that you have read the reservation policy and that you have accepted all its conditions.
