Punctuality in schedules
Complete and satisfactory performance of services.
Monitors and teachers with knowledge on the subject, with quality and respect in dealing with customers.
That the facilities of rural accommodation, or activity rooms, have all the services and have everything necessary for a good stay in them.
That the nature routes will be directed by qualified experts in the field, and with sufficient knowledge to take a group in perfect condition to and from vuelta. (assuming that the client attends to the indications of the environmental monitors throughout the journey, and does not make decisions at their own risk)
WE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE:
Of any problem that occurs in this context of guarantees, having a contact telephone number to solve any incident directly with the person in charge of the service.
We will be responsible in case of cancellation for reasons beyond our control of a service, or refunding the full amount, or transferring the service to other dates and times if the client so wishes.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS

"Live with Life" offers its users the ability to create communities for users of web pages, in order to interact with such users in a better way.
Users who join the community will have a public profile visible to website visitors, including their activity (posts and comments).
You may choose not to participate and leave the community; by doing so, said user profile will not be publicly visible, in which case, the user will not be able to finally use the community functions (for example, say "like" or write posts.)

We also reserve the right not to allow our facilities, and not to participate in our services to violent, physically or verbally provocative people, threatening their presence, who create discomfort among the members of the group, either explicitly, or in a hidden way with mockery, belittlement, bad intentions, hatred of any kind and that these skills generate nervousness or fear in the other participants, in a generalized way or simply according to our professional barometers of adequate group care and services of basic human quality.
These people will never be able to book our services again. In serious cases, we will contact the citizen security services.
